Shimon “The Assassin” Smotritsky was born in Israel with strong Russian roots. Shimon has been training in mixed martial arts since the age of  4. Through his MMA carrier , Shimon “The Assassin” Smotritsky, has earned a BJJ black belt, became Israel’s national champion in kick-boxing, Israel’s national champion in Greco Roman wrestling, Israel’s national champion in BJJ and under 18 years old The European & world BJJ champion . In 2017 recognized as the best junior athlete of the country.
