The Daily Warrior

To the MMA community around the world, no matter where you’re from, you are never alone in your struggles. Mental health challenges, addiction, and feelings of hopelessness can affect anyone, but reaching out for help is a powerful step towards healing. Whether you’re dealing with mental health issues, addiction, or thoughts of suicide, there are resources available to guide you through the journey.

For the past 17 years, Israel’s MMA has been part of this global mission, helping addicts and those in need of support worldwide. We believe that the messages from the 12-step program, adapted specifically for MMA, can help guide us to a better place. These messages offer a chance to reflect, grow, and take small steps toward healing—if we only take the time to read, understand, and act on them.

You are not alone. No one was born to suffer. Every fighter, every person, is worthy of strength, support, and healing. We love everyone in this community, and we are here for each other. Remember, no matter how tough the battle may feel, you are never alone in this journey. Together, we can overcome any challenge. Oss!

Here are some global and international support networks for those in need:

  • International Suicide Prevention Resources: Visit suicide.org for a list of crisis lines in your country.
  • Mental Health Support (Global): BetterHelp connects you with online therapists for support anytime, anywhere.
  • Narcotics Anonymous (NA): Find a local meeting or online support at na.org or na-global.org.
  • Alcoholics Anonymous (AA): Access worldwide AA support through aa.org or find local meetings at aa-intergroup.org.
  • SAMHSA (USA-based but accessible globally): samhsa.gov provides confidential support and treatment resources.

We believe in you, and we’re here to help each other. Together, we rise.
